Virtual Therapy for Women in BC
An invitation to the conversations you never got to have.
Sexuality. Trauma. ADHD. All welcome here.
Are you feeling stuck, depressed, or overwhelmed?
Maybe you're carrying the weight of other people's expectations, or noticing the same conflict come up in your relationships or at work, time and time again. Perhaps you've tried therapy before, but never felt it was the right fit, or never quite got to the root of the issue. I'd be glad to support you. And I work virtually with women all across British Columbia, Canada.
Meet Your Therapist, Julie Thomason
I know what it feels like to struggle, to reach out for help, and not get what you needed, and to feel even more alone. That's why I became a therapist, so no one has to struggle through it alone.
I've spent nearly a decade in private practice and more than five years supervising other therapists, and I'm often the therapist people come to after other approaches haven't worked.
I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC-ACS), an Approved Clinical Supervisor, and one of the only PhD Candidates in Clinical Sexology, trained specifically in sex therapy, in British Columbia's Fraser Valley region.
